Refund policy

Refunds and cancellation.

Plain terms for a digital subscription: how to cancel, the 14-day first-payment refund window, and how to contact support.

Effective 4 July 2026

Digital subscription

PolyWeather Pro is a digital subscription for weather-market research and analytics. Access is delivered online through a subscriber account; no physical goods are shipped.

First-payment 14-day refund window

If you are not satisfied with PolyWeather Pro, you may cancel and request a refund within 14 days of your first subscription payment by contacting support@polyweather.app. When a refund is processed, subscriber access may be revoked. This policy does not limit any non-waivable statutory consumer rights that apply to you.

Renewals and partial periods

Subscription renewals after the first-payment 14-day refund window are generally non-refundable once a new billing period has started. If you no longer want access, cancel before the next renewal date.

Cancellation

You may cancel renewal at any time through the billing portal or by contacting support@polyweather.app. Cancellation stops future renewals but does not automatically refund the current billing period unless the refund request is within the first-payment 14-day refund window or another legal right applies.

Secure checkout

Paid subscriptions are processed through secure checkout. Our payment processor may appear on receipts, payment statements, invoices, tax documents, and refund confirmations. Payment processing does not change PolyWeather's research-only posture: PolyWeather does not execute trades, custody funds, broker transactions, or provide personalised financial advice.

Abuse and policy violations

We may decline refund requests connected to account sharing, scraping, attempts to bypass access controls, misuse of subscriber content, payment abuse, or other violations of the terms.
